I’m Duc Huy Le, though many know me simply as Myst. I’m a Learning & Development and Talent Development professional with over 7 years of experience shaping growth through training, instructional design, and talent management.
Throughout my journey, I’ve built competency frameworks, designed scalable learning solutions, and harnessed digital learning management platforms and SCORM-based content to empower organizations and individuals alike. My approach is deeply rooted in universal design for learning and inclusive methods, ensuring that learning experiences are not only effective but also accessible to diverse needs, backgrounds, and learning preferences.
What excites me most is bridging business needs with human potential, partnering with senior leaders, managing operations and P&L, and translating strategy into impactful learning experiences. Whether it’s succession planning, culture building, or driving organizational capability, I thrive on creating solutions that make a lasting difference.
